Yes — Spain has no restrictions on foreign property ownership. You’ll need a NIE (foreigner identification number), a Spanish bank account, and a solicitor. We handle the entire process for you, including NIE applications and notary appointments.
Typically 10–13% of the purchase price. This covers transfer tax (ITP, 10% in Valencia region), notary fees, land registry, and solicitor costs. For new-build properties, you pay IVA (10%) plus stamp duty (1.5%) instead of ITP.
Yes — we offer full property management for holiday and long-term rentals. This includes guest check-in/out, cleaning, maintenance, key-holding, marketing your property on our platform, and monthly owner statements.
A resale property typically takes 6–10 weeks from reservation to completion. New-build properties vary depending on the construction stage — off-plan purchases may take 12–24 months. We coordinate with solicitors, banks, and developers on your behalf.
